Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Assurance professional to join our team at our HQ in Helsinki. This is a pivotal role as you will oversee the implementation of product assurance requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle for all projects across the company.

Responsibilities
- Implementing quality requirements in customer projects, including the acceptance of documentation and hardware
- Participating in feasibility studies (compliance matrix) during the tender preparation process
- Managing non-conformities internally, with suppliers, and as a customer liaison
- Defining, continuously improving, and implementing quality management measures (e.g., creating PA plans)
- Supporting internal or supplier audits
- Evaluating and communicating key performance indicators
Skills & Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in product/quality assurance in the space industry.
- Experience working in PA/QA on GEO (geo-stationary) satellite projects.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with an engineering background.
- Familiarity with standard QM systems such as ISO9001 and EN9100
- Skilled in QA tools including root cause analysis, process flow, control plans, process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, and 8D Corrective Action Process methodology.
- You are a highly proactive team player with excellent technical communication and presentation skills.
- You are willing and able to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of ECSS and IPC guidelines, along with training as a process auditor, is advantageous.
